The evidence with skincare is clear: it doesn’t matter so much what moisturizer you are using – most of them are petroleum or glycerin based w/ maybe some silicones added (including all the ones listed here). The most important thing is to protect your skin from the sun – use a good sunblock and apply it generously. Wear a hat and sunglasses on sunny days.
After that, use a retinoid at night (either prescription or not – in India, tretinoin is available over the counter at pharmacies & it’s probably the one skincare product after sunblock that has the most evidence behind it).
If you’re not using a daily sunblock (and putting enough on), what moisturizer you use will not make any difference especially long term.
