The directions say to use it on a dry scalp and at night. Probably because it may leave some people’s hair greasy or because some people may not like the consistency, etc… If the scalp or hair is wet it may not work as well. I’m not sure. I’m just listening and reading a few comments. Best of luck to us all. I will be trying this.
