Testing the BEST Drugstore Waterproof Eyeliner Pencils (Waterline, Smoky Eye, Smudge-Proof)

You all have been asking me: what are the best drugstore waterproof eyeliner pencils for waterline (tightlining) and smoky eyes? Today I’ll be testing five smudge proof drugstore eye pencils and comparing them side by side. We’ll find out which is the blackest liner, which is the most waterproof, which is easiest to remove and more!
